Hi, I’m Lisa Hammond, LISW-S. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with psychoeducation, curiosity, and practical support. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s working — and what’s not — and begin to create meaningful, lasting change.
I work with adults and children dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and stress, as well as those seeking personal growth and greater self-understanding. My approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based perspectives.
Therapy is a place to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself. I believe that healing comes through genuine connection, self-compassion, and learning new ways to respond to life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, confident, and capable of creating the life you want.
